BACKGROUND

We offer this Harness Safety Course which provides essential training for any person, who has to manage, supervise and control the activities of people who work at heights, and also for those engaged in carrying out work at heights to conform with the requirements of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Work at Heights) Regulations 2006.

On successful completion of this course delegates will be able to:

  • Understand the requirements of the work at heights regulations 2006.
  • The risks associated with working at heights
  • Inspect their height safety equipment before use.
  • Don their equipment correctly.
  • Understand the correct method anchorage.
  • The hazards associated with incorrect use.
  • Understand the importance of correct storage and maintaince.
